One person dead after being hit by car

A women believed to be in her  60's is dead after being struck by a car in Bellevue. 

The incident happened on Windsor Road just after 11am. 

Diversions are being put in place to allow Police Serious crash to examine the scene. 

Emergency services are at the scene.
