Waitakaruru, Waikato: Fatal Crash

At about 1: 30 pm a truck and a car collided at the intersection of State Highway 2 and State Highway 25 Waitakaruru.
An occupant of the car is deceased as a result of the crash. Emergency services are in attendance and the road is blocked. Northbound traffic is being diverted onto Cross Road to State Highway 25, which will then allow access back onto state highway 2.
