Hunt for NZ's hottest home baker
Yes it’s back and for the second year running, Chelsea Sugar is the proud sponsor of TV3’s New Zealand’s Hottest Home Baker experience.

Following an intensive nationwide search, the 2013 edition of the show - now in its fourth season - will once again see New Zealand’s best amateur bakers battle it out against the clock making iconic baking moments with Chelsea products, on a mission to prove their place.
Playing a fundamental role in Kiwi kitchens over the generations makes Chelsea Sugar proud to announce their continued sponsorship of the TV3 show dedicated to identifying and celebrating talented home bakers from across the country.
Monique says, "As a nation we know Kiwis love to bake, but we are really excited to see so many young people develop a real passion for baking. We are excited about the opportunity the show creates to help solidify Chelsea Sugar’s everyday role in the baking process."
Products featured on the show will include both pantry staples and their more modern contemporaries in the Chelsea Sugar range.
Following the show format of previous years, contestants will work to please the discerning judges across a variety of baking challenges, avoid being eliminated each week and be crowned Chelsea New Zealand’s Hottest Home Baker.
This year internationally acclaimed baker and patissier Dean Brettschneider returns to the judging panel alongside Julia Crownshaw, director and master-baker behind the highly awarded artisan, Dollop Handmade Puddings.

Chelsea New Zealand’s Hottest Home Baker will screen on TV3 in early 2013.
