Three injured after crash in Papamoa

Two motorcyclists and a passenger have been taken to hospital with serious and moderate injuries after a crash last night.
The crash involving two motorcyclist and a car happened on Reid Road in Papamoa just after 9pm.
Reports indicate the car was travelling north on Reid Road when the two southbound motorcyclists including a passenger collided with a car on a 'sharp' corner.
When The Bop Live photographer Cameron Avery arrived at the scene, three Police cars and an Ambulance were already at the scene and one of the motorcycles involved was wedged under the front of the car.
A St John Ambulance spokesperson said two riders including the passenger were transported to Tauranga Hospital with serious and moderate head and leg injuries.
Police are investigating the crash.
