On Today: Rigs and Rides for Child Cancer
The annual Rotorua Rigs and Rides charity event is on today in Rotorua with over 100 trucks expected to park up and be admired.
The event now in it's third year is raising funds for Child Cancer.
Festivities include $2 Truck rides, other family activities, such as Doug The Digger, a bouncy castle, sausage sizzle and a band.
Mr McCaull said over 100 trucks plus 60 cars and 60 bikes will park up and be admired today. The event starts at 10am with vehicles arriving in the hours leading up to that.
"Rides for kids, dads, mums and everyone is on offer today," Mr McCaull said.
"Today is a day when truckie's get to show off their 'beauty s' well giving back and supporting our community."
Rigs and Rides is from 10am to 2pm in the Cheers car park, Ward Ave
