Worlds biggest multisport event on today
Thousands of athletes of all skills and from across the world are expected to take part in the biggest
multisport event in New Zealand and the biggest XTERRA event held anywhere in the world.
The Paymark XTERRA Rotorua Festival on today will see thousands of athlets from across New Zealand and the world take part in swimming, trail running, walking and mountain biking event held near the Blue Lakes.
"We have events for everyone, including an interactive XTERRA Kids Zone." Organisers Frank Clarke say.
"The festival offers something for everyone and is ideal for those who have a passion for mountain biking, triathlons and athletics in general."
Events kick off from 8am at the Blue Lakes.
