Rescue chopper called to Ruatahuna after asthma attack
The Rotorua based Bay Trust Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to the remote town of Ruatahuna this morning after a 26 year old female suffered an asthma attack.
St John Officers from Murupara were able to stabilise the patient until the Rescue Helicopter Team arrived.
She was airlifted back to Rotorua Hospital for additional treatment and observation a spokesperson for the chopper said. comments powered by Disqus
