BREAKING: Huge 7.0 Temblor Strikes Eastern Papua New Guinea
Massive 7.0 Earthquake, No Tsunami Expected

Today, on the other side of the South Pacific, another region was being hit by relatively huge one, near 446 km Northwest of Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea, nearest to the epicenter was a town of Lae, just 140 km away, with population density of 76,255, at around 0413.51PM-local time, 0713.51Z (0313.51PM-PHL).
Said epicenter was pegged to be at 5.6S-147.2E, or at 147.2 km beneath the surface, considered as "Shallow." The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) in Pearl Harbour, Hawaii Island, USA, warned of potentially smaller "Tsunamis," or "Rip currents," as a result of the movement underneath the sea floor, but generally, they issued an information statement dismissing the possibility of a Pacific-wide "Tsunamis," for this event.
