Ceiling Fire Tauranga

Fire fighters from Tauranga and Greerton were called to a property in Greerton after the ceiling caught fire.

Fire fighters had to remove tiles of the roof to access the fire. Fire fighters were on seen until 9pm damping down hot spots.

BOP Live reporter/photographer Cameron Avery who was at the scene said neighbors had gathered on the street to watch as fire fighters dampened down hot spots.

 The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
