Easter festive fun at the Mount

Today, Downtown Mount Maunganui will be a hive of activity with the Easter Family Festival on today.

Organisers say this years festival will be bigger and better than ever!

"We have something for the whole family today,  from great activities and lots of spectacular entertainment on offer." Organiser Leanne Brown says.

"Maunganui Road from Salisbury Ave to Pacific Ave will be closed from 9.30am until 4.00pm with the festival getting underway from 10am."
