Trail rider airlifted to hospital
The Tauranga based TrustPower TECT Rescue helicopter was called to Pongakawa this afternoon after a 18-year-old Hamilton man had fallen hard off his motorbike while trail riding.
He received chest and back injuries in the crash, he was stabilised at the scene by Paramedics before being flown to Tauranga hospital in a moderate condition. comments powered by Disqus
